Terri Cozzi Freeman

Terri Cozzi Freeman is a partner with Cozzi Consulting Group. She joined Cozzi Iron & Metal, Inc. in 1977 initially working in the accounting department and later moved to sales and trucking. At Cozzi Iron & Metal, Inc. Terri lead several teams in the design and documentation of ISO 9001 procedures that helped the company become one of the first in the industry to win certification. Most recently Terri served as Fleet Manager, responsible for drivers, dispatch staff and more than 70 vehicles. She received her Associates degree in Accounting from the City Colleges of Chicago and is a member of the Hinsdale South Booster Club.

Terri is an active member of the Institute of Recycling Industries.
